I got this recipe from my russian friend, it looks sample and delicious ; )

Ingredients
- Apples - 2 pcs
- Honey - 2 tbsp
- Nuts, raisins, coconut, cinnamon - to taste.
Choose a couple of apples about the size. Wash the apples well and dry. Cut off the tails and discard.
Cut off the top of each apple, but don’t throw it away.
Using a teaspoon or a knife, remove the core from the apple.
Fill apples with honey. Choose any honey.
Cover each apple with cut slices.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, transfer the apples to a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes. If you are cooking in a slow cooker, set the “bake” function and the time is 15 minutes.
Fill the finished apples with dried fruits or nuts, if desired, sprinkle with coconut flakes.
At the end, you can pour honey on the outside of the apples and serve.
