Golden milk chia pudding and Curry

Hi Mexico && India,

Chia seed originally from Mexico and Central America. Golden milk, also known as haldi doodh, originated in India.

Because Golden milk has Turmeric, it’s great with oil, and chia seed has omega 3, I think there’s potential to put them together.

Golden milk chia pudding

INGREDIENTS:

  • 400 ml milk
  • 2 tsp almond powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dry ginger
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • Chia seeds
  1. Warm the milk, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, chia seeds and maple syrup in a small saucepan until it’s hot.
  2. Whisk well to dissolve spices and divide into two cups.

Well, It seems good for our body, but it already makes me feel like milk curry😂.

Pumpkin Curry

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1000 ml milk
  • 800 ml water
  • 5 tsp almond powder
  • 4 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dry ginger
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • Half bowl of cashews
  • A pumpkin
  • Little bit salt
  • (Chedar cheese)
  • (Tomato)
  • (Potato)
  • (Onion)
  1. Peel pumpkin and cut into grains, and steam for 10 to 15 minutes.

  2. Add steamed pumpkin and cashew nuts to the blender, pour in water and stir until smooth;

  3. Pour the boiled pumpkin soup and milk into the pot and heat it over medium heat. Add turmeric powder, black pepper and rest of spices.

  4. After boiling, add salt and turn off the heat.

Finally, add a little olive oil and chopped vanilla to complete.

Use chia seed replace cashews may cause overcook
